Line item on Customer invoice?

Very new to business accounting. Previously I have used a Customer Invoice form to list exactly what the customer purchased, one item per line with price breakdown. For example…2 washcloths, 1 bath towel, 1 glass bowl…

How do I do that here?

I expected to see Inventory choice but I see account choice.

You need to create the customer first. If you are going to sell from inventory, you need to enable the Inventory Items tab and create inventory. Then in the Sales Invoices tab, start a new invoice. Add an invoice line for every item. When the proper account is selected, the inventory items will come up. Read all about this in the Guides.
