I am just a beginner in this software, actually i am trying pass a journal entry by debiting cash account and crediting bank account i am unable to do so please advise.

in another topic you were already instructed to read and understand the guides section before using Manager. everything is already explained in the guides.
if you do not find something in the guides, then please search the forum for similar topics before creating a new topic.
there is minimal use of journal entries in Manager. what you need is accomplished by inter account transfer in Manager. there is a guide for that too.
