When attempting to post or migrate an invoice using the ZATCA e-Invoice Phase II Extension, the process gets stuck on the “Processing Invoice – Please wait while we verify the invoice status” screen (see attached screenshot).
The system does not proceed beyond this stage, and the invoice is not being successfully posted or cleared.
Kindly investigate the issue and advise on the cause or required action to resolve it.
