Is there a way to present an individual property’s performance without using Divisions?

Another question to seek confirmation on (due to contradictory advice previously given), is on the use of Divisions.
Despite the fact the two sample properties and their respective mortgages, agent fees, expenses, etc. are all 100% completely separate from each other, however they still share the same Personal Bank Account & Credit Card, my understanding is that Divisions should not be used in such cases? yes/no?

Is there a preferred method to isolate the property accounts similarly to below, but without using Divisions, say if presenting an individual property’s performance to a prospective buyer, and not wanting to show the other property or personal finances?

You can test if using the Chart of Accounts suits your needs. You would create a group for each rental property then add sub accounts for the rental income and rental expenses applicable to each property under each group.
