I would like to export the attachments from Manager so i can optimize the image sizes.
Is there a way to export the actual attachments?

No. You will have to delete and replace them.
However, you could create a backup without attachments and replace the business by importing the backup. Of course, you would lose all track of what attachments belong to which transactions.
