Is there a way to create report that lists sales to multiple customers

Can i create custom report that lists yearly sales to all our customers and sorts the customers by highest yearly sales.

Something like this:
CustomerName - YearlySales
Aa Inc - 50000
Cc Inc - 40000
Dd Inc - 30000
Bb Inc - 25000

I can easily create yearly sales report per customer, but no idea how to create report that compares all of them in one report.

I was furiously shaking fist at custom reports in reporting section, but it is so much easier with these queries.
