Is there a way to auto populate text on a recurring invoice

Hi,

Is there a way to auto populate text based on the current month on a recurring invoice?
For example, I’d like to create a monthly recurring rental invoice on the 18th of each month.

I’d like the description of it to update each month, so the description field would say “Rent paid in advance for 18th of June through 18th of July 2022”, but look up the data, and update the month each time.

Is that possible somehow with custom fields?

I don’t believe that’s possible right now. But I agree that that would be handy.

An alternative is to use a custom theme for recurring invoices.

I also agree that this would be quite useful.

What I’ve been doing instead is something like “20xx to 20xx” and then updating it manually each time.
