Invoice not deducted from Inventory

Hi Guys,

when invoicing an item, the quantity is not deducted from the inventory.
Therefore, the quantity in my inventory remain the same after invoicing many invoice.

Any help?

Do you have the Delivery Notes tab enabled? If so, the items will not leave inventory until a delivery note is created. Read the 3-part series of Guides about inventory management, beginning here: Manage inventory - Part 1 Introduction | Manager.

If those do not answer your questions, post screen shots of the Edit screen of an invoice that does not reduce the inventory count, and before and after shots of the Inventory Items tab.
