Is it possible to Restrict the viewing of Qtytodeliver, qtytoreceive, qtyonhand by users from different locations?
No, it is not possible to restrict access at the individual field / column level.
You can only restrict access based on the type of action (CRUD) and the tab used to access the view.
In some cases (eg. Bank Accounts) you can restrict access on a record level (i.e. specific bank accounts).
