How to setup barcode reader in Manager. Please suggest any idea for that.

Manager is not optimized for point of sale. It’s possible to use scanner, some users reportedly do. I imagine you’d set up your items so the item name is bar code number. When you are creating new transaction (e.g. receipt) and scan item, bar code number will be entered into the field rather than manually entering the number.
