Inventory Items Option on the Forms

Is there a way that the Inventory Item List appear on the Quotes/Orders/Purchase order forms? I entered a couple of items with there prices etc. but when I created a quote I have no option to view the list to select the items I want to quote. Also, under Purchase Order I do have an “item” option but the items are not there to select from.

Where do I customize or select this option so that I do not have to re enter manually each description. I would assume a one time data entry and then select from the options and done.

When you created inventory items and then added inventory by buying on credit with P/I or cash from one of your accounts. You now have inventory instock to sell from the inventory on hand account.
So when you create quote or sales invoice you have to sell from the account “Sales of inventory items”
