Problem with Inter Account Transfer. After entering the “paid from account” the field for entering the amount becomes unaccessible and/or the entered amount dissapears.
What version of manager are you using?
The version is 21.2.88
I tried replicating your issue in cloud edition but I couldn’t.
Please share the following:
- Your edition (i.e. Desktop, Cloud or Server)
- the screen where the error takes place
- The edit screen of the bank account in question
- Confirm that this bug is not related to start date, lock date or inactive bank/cash accounts
