Can add insufficient Qty in sales invoice just like production order.
It helps to track stock while invoicing and the second thing is less avg.cost notification while put price in invoice to less avg. cost of any inventory item ?
Your first suggestion is already in ideas and has been discussed extensively on the forum.
Your second suggestion is not clear. Average cost depends on your acquisition history for the item.
