Inability to back up

It’s been awhile that I couldn’t back up like more than a year now. Could be my manager version-how to know what version is my app? Or why can I not create a back up file? Please help. Thank you.

When you open the app before you go into the business, you will have the version there. The latest version is 26.5.29.3635

Can you provide a screenshot of the error you get when you back up or what happen when you do the backup?

This is true even me I can’t back up my business file in short you can back up your business to Device but you can not upload it or import it when creating a new business.
