Improve search in mobile

When I search on my mobile the text in revered.

That’s a mobile layout issue.

I’m going to place this in ideas since it’s very unwieldy to deal with search in mobile, namely:

1. not being able to see what’s inside the search box
2. not being able to select the text inside the search box

If you are facing problems selecting the text, you can click Undo and retype your seaech
