The first solution implies programming skills. I cannot help you. For the second one read this guide Use Batch Create and Batch Update functions | Manager

Understand that none of this is going to transfer all your historical data from another accounting system. I suggest you search the forum. This topic has been discussed many times. Basically, Manager’s approach is to set starting balances. There was a topic on this earlier today where I provided a group of links.

Sorry my fault. I didn’t know tally was an accounting software. I though he needed to sync some data from another application with a different scope.
