Import Bank Statement feature missing after split of Receipts and Payments

For now, I’m not sure where it would be appropriate to place the button but for now, go to Bank Accounts, then click on the amount under Statement Balance column which will show Import Bank Statement. I will probably add the button to the footer of bank accounts tab as well.
