I have this error ? and can't find out how to fix it

The SMTP server requires a secure connection or the client was not authenticated. The server response was: 5.7.57 Client not authenticated to send mail. [BN6PR2001CA0001.namprd20.prod.outlook.com]

can someone help as I’m not tech savvy.
