I can't send invoices

I tried to send an invoice this morning and the message The remote name could not be resolved: appeared.
I have tried re-setting in email settings and that didn’t work. I work in the cloud version and thought it updated automatically. Could somebody please help me.

If you have read that and made the necessary changes to your email setup, we’ll probably need more details about your email settings to be able to help diagnose the problem.

As a work-around in the meantime you can make a PDF of your invoice and send that as an attachment through an external email client.
