Https problem HTTP Status 404 – Not Found

Can anybody help me find out how to solve this problem?

HTTP 404 means that the requested URL could not be found by the server. Make sure that the URL is correct. I noticed that you have a .me domain name (smartsupplyco.me…) which is impossible when the url domain name for Manager ends with a .io (Manager.io).

Right, just use https://smartsupplyco.manager.io/ this will then indeed resolve to https://smartsupplyco.me-south-1.manager.io/

I do not get an http error.

Means your Antivirus program blocks the URL. Just set in the system that you are using in the Kaspersky application the URL as a trusted URL. You can search Kaspersky how to do that because that has nothing to do with Manager.

I stopped antivirus protection service but still have the same problem

If the Kaspersky screenshot still shows then it is not disabled. You should just make the URL a trusted one as mentioned before. Also try another browser. The problem is local to you as I can get to the url without problem see screenshot below:
