After the recent update, HTML code inside item descriptions is no longer rendering in Sales Quotes and Invoices. Instead of displaying the image/formatting, the HTML code is now shown as plain text.
For example, we used to add product images and formatted descriptions using HTML inside the item description field, and it worked properly in quotes and invoices. Now the same code appears as raw text, which is causing a major issue for our workflow.
I have read several forum posts explaining that this is related to the new default HTML theme and the security changes that prevent HTML injection through data fields. I also understood that the possible solution is to modify the theme so it can allow/render safe HTML again.
However, I have tried multiple solutions and custom theme edits, but nothing worked. Even when I added clear test text inside the theme, it did not appear in the quote/invoice view. This makes me unsure whether the custom theme is actually being applied or whether the new theme system is blocking it.
I also tried using Theme Enhancer, but unfortunately it is not working for me at all. It is the only theme-related option I can select from the Sales Quote/Invoice view, but it does not apply any changes and I cannot use it to fix the problem.
This is a serious issue for us because we rely heavily on Manager for our daily sales quotes and invoices, and our item descriptions depend on product images and HTML formatting. The current behavior is disrupting our work and causing a real operational problem.
