I entered HTML Code in Custom Field Drop Down List
not getting result as required “Color Fonts”
also Drop Down List stuck on System
am i doing something wrong?
There is no HTML code that would start with <b style… It should start <p style…
So
<p style="color:green">Open</p>
<p style="color:blue">System</p>

It would be unusual for HTML code to work in a custom field - but …
And I don’t think Dropdown List type works for Line Item Custom fields
It is usually reserved for themes eg email templates, custom themes
For example

So HTML code is not supported in custom field dropdown lists

then how to change font color in custom field. 
Use a custom theme and add the code to change the colour of the field you want
for column only not required on printed document.
What transaction/form does your custom field refer to?
It would be a lot quicker to help if you were more forthcoming with information - show full screens not just portions of them
It is quite tiresome having to drag information out bit by bit - I am running out of time and will not be able to help for much longer

in simple word in this column i want System and Open in two different colors. how can i do this? its nor required in Printed Document

The custom field is a Sales Invoice custom field
Unfortunately, I am pretty sure that is is not possible to change the look of the columns in the tab page nor include style parameters in the contents of the custom field although they can be included in the custom field description
So, no you can not change the colour as you would like to

Drop down lists (DropdownList) do not work in Manager column custom fields. Search the forum as lots of discussion already on it. As for theming (text color) it does not seem to allow so either.
Dropdown lists do work in most cases - they do not work in line item custom fields.
In this case, Syed Salmon Ali was using a Sales Invoice custom field and drop down lists do work
