Can receiving payments from customer concept is applied for payslips?
Ex:. If I have to pay my employee 400 USD.
I will use employee Clearing account and select employee and I pay him 600usd ( 400 is his salary and 200 is his next month advance).
So does that extra 200 goes to his next month payslip?

Yes, that extra 200 USD will go against his next month payslip. You will see under Employees tab that 200 USD as a balance.
When you issue payslip next month for 400 USD. Employee tab will not show that you owe employee 400 USD, it will show that you owe only 200 USD taking in account that the difference (200 USD) was already paid in advance.
