I would like to take a look at my payable / returnable VAT for 2024 Q4. When I specify a date in the summary tab when pressing Edit it won’t show me the specific payable / returnable VAT for those dates, which makes tax returns quite cumbersome. It only changes my profit and loss statement, but not the balance sheet. Any way to solve this? Thanks!
It is not clear what you did. For example you refer to a Summary screen, but only Manager’s main screen is called Summary.
Which of the Reports did you try?
Well… There’s a summary screen on the left tabs. I press that, providing me a summary screen for my business. Then, on the top, you can press “Edit” which sends you to a new screen where you can show balances for specified period. When I enter the date october 1st to now, it will only change my profit and loss statement on the summary tab and not the balance sheet.
You need to click on reports and select the tax reports. The Summary screen edit allows you to set the start date of the fiscal year and thus will show only P&L entries since that date and not from the beginning. The balance sheet being perpetual will always show from the beginning.
