How to add signatory on Invoice or Prepared by: (Staff name)

How to add signatory on Invoice. everytime i create Invoice, there should be a signature of the staff who prepare the Invocie.

The best way to do that would be via a custom field.

Iā€™d do this using a dropdown box and having sales staff names pre-entered so they can quickly select their name from a list, however you could also have a small text box and have them enter their name/ID.
