Manager is a perpetual system, so it is never closed like old-fashioned systems. Just a few steps are necessary. See the Guide: Close an accounting period | Manager.
Manager’s financial statements are only in your base currency. If you want to produce reports with equivalent numbers in another currency, copy the report to the clipboard and paste it into a spreadsheet. Make the calculations there. See the Guide: Copy lists and reports | Manager.
