Is there a way that we can import our WHMCS invoices into Manager? If not is it not possible to have an import from wHMCS to either invoice or sales order?

You cannot import invoices. The problem would be that there is no standard for invoices. Manager requires information that your supplier probably does not furnish. There is some capability for batch creation, however. Read the Guide: Use Batch Create and Batch Update functions | Manager.
