Feature Request: audit trail with an option to make comments

A feature request

An audit trail with an option to make comments.
The audit trail icon would be located at the top of the menu.
The idea would be to log all attempts to access or make changes and give an option to make comments.
In addition, there would be a feature to make notes such as what issues require attention or the status of the accounts. Eg comments like “User needs to confirm or explain transactions xxx.”; “Get documents”, “Entries xxx need details” and so on. A sort of a diary that can be access at the start of each session so you can see where you left off and what you need to pick up on…

The history function is used for audit trails. It does not provide space for commenting.

I am very grateful for your program. I have used many programs over the years and for small business this is one of the best. I am including Zoho and Wave.
