One of our users get this message when trying to send an e-mail (specifically for Sales Invoices and Customer Statements):
”**You are not authorised to access this part of the system. Contact your administrator to elevate your permissions.”
**
I reviewed their access and they have the appropriate permissions for Sales Invoices and Customer Statements though.
I noticed, another user with restricted access is unable to send emails with below error message - “You are not authorised to access this part of the system. Contact your administrator to elevate your permissions.”
Myself with full access is able to send emails from the system.
