Dear Manager IT team,
First of all, we would like to express our appreciation for your service and the very useful system you provide. We kindly request a few improvements that would make the program easier to use, as we are currently facing two issues:

There is no option to attach multiple files at once (for example, in the Invoice section, Purchases, etc.).

When deleting an uploaded file, the system does not ask for confirmation, which may lead to accidental deletion.
We hope these enhancements can be considered in future updates.
