Enabling restricted users change their password

Hello team, is it possible to have restricted users be able to change their passwords at any time they feel compromised without the intervention of the administrator?

Restricted users can change their password.

All they have to do is to click on their name in top-right portion of the nav bar

and they should get this screen:
