Customizing the theme

Hi there,
I’m trying to edit the theme to make most of the custom fields to be in one line.

I have about five custom fields, and want the first field to be in one line, while the others in the other line

E.g., I have the fields: Notes - Phone Number 1 - Phone Number 2 - Date 1 - Date 2- Signature
I want the Notes field to be in the first line, while the next four fields in the second line and the last one in the third line.

Is to possible to do that?

Yes, it is possible. This Guide explains the basic concept: https://www.manager.io/guides/17100. If you do not personally have the Liquid programming skills to create such a theme, hire a local programmer who does. Most competent web developers should be able to handle such a task.
