Customized Withholding Tax

Hello, I know some accountants here are also wondering if somehow we can make a customized withholding tax. like in Philippine Taxation, we have too many types of withholding taxes, identified through ATC Codes like WI010,WC010, WC100,WI100 etc. with different rates. instead of manually inputing % rate , why not give us option to make a customized % rate with caption
