Yes, this is correct. The switch to Tax Invoice only occurs for built-in tax codes for countries where this is a requirement. You can change the title with a custom theme. See Manager Cloud .

What is the changed VAT rate for South Africa ? The in-built tax codes has two rates 14% & 15%. The in-built tax codes should be updated in preference to every user (from that country) creating their own custom tax code + custom theme.
