Custom Report for One Property Investment

I just want to create a report that shows Income and Expenses for a property.

For example:

Property: 1 Las Vegas Street, New York

INCOME

Rent Received $ 200.00

EXPENSES

Rates $ 50.00

Insurance $ 100.00

Net Income $ 50.00
