Custom field

Example in my Sales Quote, I want to add section at the end of quotation below data , how can i do it in setting and custom field?

Notes
Terms & Conditions
1-Payment method will be %50 deposit upon Purchase Order, %50 upon delivery.
2-Delivery will be in 3-5 weeks upon receiving the Purchase Order and Deposit.
3- Warranty Period ; 2 years ,(24 months) + 3 years (optional)

Also, you can have your custom field prefilled with the default values every time you create a sales quote.
