Once I raise a credit note it is not captured in the sales by customer report. However, it is reflected in the customer report (Unpaid Voices). This creates a variance in sales.
There is no “sales by customer” report. I believe you are referring to the Sales Invoice Totals by Customer report. This report includes only sales invoices. It is not meant to be a report of net sales by customer.
