Creating a backup

When creating a backup, it is recommended to name the file using the following format: Company Name + Date (YYYY-MM-DD) + Time (HH:MM:SS).

Anyone can decide how they want to name their backup. Not sure what you want to tell us here.

One thing to note is that the name of the backup will be the name of business should you ever use it.

I just manually add a sequence number (then description) if saving more than one backup in a day
