Manager is a proprietor software product not public domain. If you really want to buy the software business (copyright), a public forum is probably not the best place to do that.
If you just wish to use a licenced copy of the software then look at the main web page https://www.manager.io/ It is distributed for several platforms and in several forms. What exactly do you want to do?
Maybe to free desktop version would meet your needs?
I would like to train others Accounting students and small business owners on how to use this software. I have been using it for personal use for almost 4 years now. It is really good, safe, secure, free, no nerd for internet and it is reliable.
