Not sure what you mean, almost everyone is using this software for commercial purposes.

I suspect the answer is yes but to be sure more information is required ie how were you going to use it commercially

  • For your personal business accounting record keeping
  • For your online clients accounting record keeping
  • For your clients accounting record keeping where you help set them up and assist in using the desktop or server version
  • To sell the desktop or server version to your customers implying it is your program.

I don’t believe the last is legal
