Copy to Clipboard button problem

hi, i’ve just updated to Manager Ubuntu Server edition v21.1.48. It was a nice update. But I’ve a problem that was not here previously. The Copy to Clipboard button did not work as expected. Is it a bug? I’ve tried using other computer, but still facing the same problem. I tried using Opera, Chrome, Edge, Firefox, all has the same problem.

Bug with "Copy to Clipboard"

Clipboard API which Manager is using works in modern web-browsers only when page is served through https protocol. The only exception is when running server edition locally and accessing Manager through localhost. This is why the issue is not on desktop edition (it’s always localhost access) or cloud edition where https protocol is enforced.

Is your server accessible from the internet.

@pandhm if your server edition is accessible from the Internet on a domain name, you can install Caddy as per our guide: Windows | Manager
