Cloud Edition Version stuck at 18.8.20

Also after log out and log in the Cloud Edition version is still 18.8.20.

Anyone any ideas how to solve this and avoid this happening?

You are lucky, @ries. You’ve missed 40+ stop-and-start revisions associated with some major changes to the program. Things haven’t gone as smoothly as might have been hoped. By bypassing some of the changes (that were later undone), you’ve avoided cleanup work in your records.

I did’t know the cloud edition was frozen, but it’s a good thing it was.
