Choosing which documents display the business logo

I’m trying to move away from using custom themes and I wondered how feasible it is to choose which documents or reports display the business logo, as one does for footers and custom fields? I imagine most people would have different reasons for wanting logos on certain documents.

e.g. Sales invoices display the logo, which is useful, but so do receipts, payments and journal entries, which isn’t necessary in my case. Payslips and reports don’t display the logo, but I can imagine one might want a logo there.
