Change page side in Arabic language to be from right to left

Hi Dear

i ask how to change page side to be from Right To Left . I know Away but not work ( Right click-Encoding-Right to Left ) But After I choose any Report or press any Account its become As Default from left to right .

i want to know hot to make it from right to left ( page -side and report text margin ) cause our native language is Arabic and we work under Arabic law .
