It works in sales quote though
The issue will be in your Liquid theme which would have some kind of syntax error. In the latest version (26.5.2) I’ve improved this so it shows more detail.
You can copy/paste your Liquid theme into AI to tell you what to fix in your theme.
For now, the same theme with bad syntax would work in sales quotes because sales quote screen is using different more forgiving Liquid markup parser/rendered. But I’m going to switch everything to new one this weekend.
However I’d encourage to use AI to create brand new theme in pure HTML/CSS/Javascript. This would be future-proof.

I finally asked it to correct the original theme. Hopefully, you will build themes for receipts and invoices under transactional templates in the future to help users who print receipts and invoices directly from Manager especially users using thermal printers.
I love the themes you have added for reports, but I think you should prioritise transactional themes over report themes, especially for at least the top three thermal paper roll sizes out there. I believe users have actually requested support for receipt printer themes.
Users with less common thermal paper sizes can use print area settings to get a perfect output. I will give you a thermal paper size popular in Ghana on Monday. I know you have a better mental picture of what I’m requesting.
