  2. MMM = 3-letter month abbreviation
  3. _SLIT_ = fixed string
  4. XXXX = 4-digit sequence, resets every month

No, this format cannot be created automatically in Manager. Invoice numbers are sequential only. You can enter this format manually or use a custom extension like the one shared, but native monthly reset and date based numbering is not supported.
