What specific feature of this invoice do you want and why do you believe they are required?

THIS IS A MUCH CLEANER INVOICE FORMAT AND IS LARGELY USED IN INDIA …ITS A FORMAT WHICH CAN BE PRINTED IN A5 SHEET WHICH ALSO SAVES PAPER @lubos

Manager rounds at the line item level. Changing it to round at the invoice level would be a very large change.
Most of the rest Manager already supports via custom themes.

Invoice formats are not added to the program just because users like them. That is what custom themes and custom fields are for. Read the Guides about those.
Then you could try custom themes.

Themes are not written in HTML. They are written in Liquid. See the Guide: https://www.manager.io/guides/10368. If you do not have the skills personally, hire a local programmer to write a theme for you. Most competent web developers can handle such a task.
