thanks for your reply I have limited information about programming and the code which you thankfully provided is difficult to understand but i will try to do it as per advice

[image] Mo.Saleh: How can i add it in the reports. You can not, it is hard-coded for general use by all. However, you can copy the report to clipboard and paste into a spreadsheet like Excel and do whatever you need done regarding calculations, etc.
