Blank screen on opening Ubuntu 18.04

Latest appimage will not load, all i get is an untitled window.

v21.1.14 loads OK on Ubuntu Mate v20.04.1 Desktop amd64

Nope. Still not working. Previous version was 20.9.62.

Scrub that. Reboot and everything is working fine. No system updates since last use of the previous release (gets used every day), can’t see anything in the logs. Weird
