BAS shows Accrual Basis and not option to change it

Since my last BAS, the BAS now shows Accrual Basis with no option to change it.

Under Settings → Report Transformations there is a Business Activity Statement - Full with an accounting g method button, but it does not appear under Australia in the list of Reports, just Business Activity Statement.

Something has changed recently.
